Hi, I’m Milly!
If we were hanging out in real life, I’d be handing you a cup of tea right now (I worked at a tea company for three years, so trust me, my tea cupboard is WELL stocked). I’ve always been the "mum friend" of the group - the one making sure everyone is fed, happy, and looked after before I sort myself out.
Before diving headfirst into weddings, I spent years in the commercial photography world. It was a fast-paced blast, but I eventually realised I was tired of making polished ads that people scroll past and forget. I wanted to capture things that matter.
I’m obsessed with colourful, fun, smile-inducing photos. My own hallway is covered in framed memories that make me smile every time I walk up the stairs, and that’s exactly what I want to create for you. On holiday, you’ll usually find me with a trusty 35mm film camera in hand - having only 36 shots keeps me in the moment rather than staring at a screen like I do at home!
When I’m not behind the lens, I’m usually:
Obnoxiously loving every dog I see. If you’re bringing your dog to our shoot, I will bring the treats!
Renovating our first home in sunny Southsea with my partner. Fun fact: we went to school together, but were both far too awkward to admit we liked each other. We finally got together ten years later!
Living by the sea. My idea of a perfect Friday night is a dip in the sea to wash off a day of screen time, followed by a walk along the prom for fish and chips (weather dependent of course, if it’s chucking it down I’ll be on the sofa!)
At your wedding, consider me your resident hype-woman, unofficial bridal party coordinator, and friendly chatterbox who will fill any awkward silences and keep everyone laughing. I’m here to make sure you feel totally relaxed and focused on having the best day of your life while I capture all the genuine, colourful magic unfolding around you.
Grab a cuppa, have a look around, and let’s chat about your big day!
